New & Spec Home: A new home set of plans consists of design of floor plans, elevations, site, and some interior. A set of plans would include an architectural based set of drawings. Site, Foundation, Floors, Elevations, Roof Framing, Sections, and Details. Lighting and Cabinetry upon request.

Remodel: Interior and Exterior same set of plans as a new home.

Interior & Exterior Design: Help with color and material selections also have business that has some modern rustic home decor. Whether you are plain simple, rustic, shabby chic, or elegant in taste I can help put things together.

3-D Rendering: Just adding this option to my experience I have been so busy drafting that I have never had the time now that I have my own business thought that I should at least be able to provide the service.
